I am obsessed with smoothie bowls right now. I just think they’re more fun to consume than just a regular smoothie.
Ingredients:
Smoothie:
– 2 frozen bananas (cut into 1/2 inch chunks)
– 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
– 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
– 1/4 cup of frozen blackberries
– 1 (4oz) Dannon Activia Bluberry Probiotic Yogurt
Toppings:
– Dried Goji Berries (I used the Navitas Goji Berries that I bought at Whole Foods)
– Shredded Coconut
– Chia Seeds
– Blueberries
Directions:
- Cut the frozen bananas into 1/2 inch chunks
- Add the banana chunks into the blending cup
- Add the frozen berries
- Add the yogurt
- Blend until smooth using the emulsifying blade
- Top with your favorite toppings
- Enjoy!
