If you haven’t already figured out by now, I am on a serious smoothie bowl kick. As soon as I get home and I change out of my work clothes, I go into the kitchen and make one. It’s becoming a habit (and I need to make going to the gym a habit). Anyways, I realized that since I’ve incorporated a smoothie bowl into my diet, it’s helped with my digestive system. If you didn’t know, I have ulcerative colitis and have been dealing with it for the past 5 years or so. Thankfully, I am not having a flareup!
Back to my bowl, my bowls typically have the same base and I just add things here and there to change it up. Usually, my toppings are different…
