Another day another acai bowl. This time I decided to add my protein powder, which personally I didn’t enjoy as much. Maybe it’s because the vanilla flavor overtook the natural fruit flavors?
Smoothie:
– 3 frozen bananas
– 1 teaspoon flax seed
– 1 frozen Acai smoothie packet (I use Sambazon)
– 1 (4 oz) Dannon Activia Blueberry Probiotic Yogurt
– 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
Toppings:
– Shredded Coconut
– Mulberries
– Dried Strawberries
– Dried Raspberries
– Blueberries
– Blackberries
– Hemp Seeds
Directions:
- Cut the frozen bananas into 1/2 inch chunks and add into the blending cup
- Break the frozen smoothie into chunks for easy blending and add
- Add the flax seeds and chia seeds
- Add the yogurt
- Blend until smooth using the emulsifying blade
- Top with your favorite toppings
- Enjoy!
