T and I were headed to the North Bay to look at some wedding venues for our big wedding (that has now been pushed back to 2022 – boooohooooo). Anyways, we checked out another potential wedding venue before heading to get some oysters !!Did you just say OYSTERS?
After we ate breakfast at the hotel, we made our way to Disney’s California Adventure to start our 2nd day at Disneyland. Our first ride of the day was Incredicoaster since the wait time was 25 minutes. I love the refurbishments to the coaster. Even though its essentially the same exact ride, the sounds and visuals make it so much more fun!Continue reading “Disneyland // Day 2”
T and I finally had the chance to check out Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge! The day that we went was pretty warm outside and summer was in full swing; however, we were surprised at how not busy Disneyland was. Disney’s CA Adventure on the other hand was pretty busy. Maybe everyone was just in Galaxy’s Edge or DCA? Anyways! As soon as we got into the park (which was right before 2pm) we went straight to the new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.Continue reading “Disneyland’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge”

We just got back from spending almost 3 days in Portland. We got to experience rainy, overcast, and sunny Portland. We definitely had more on our To-Do list, but because of the weather and lack of sleep our itinerary was cut short, but we still enjoyed our time! Saturday We flew in from SFO just before 11am. We took the MAX Red Line from the Airport towards City Center & Beaverton and got off at Gateway to switch onto the Max Green Line towards City Center/PSU where we got off at SW 5th & Oak (our hotel was around the … Continue reading Portland – Our “3 Day” Itinerary
I’m pretty excited to be going back to Portland since the last time I was there was back in July. T has been in Portland, but for a like a couple of hours (he went years ago with a friend who went up for a job interview). Since he’s never really explored the city I thought it would be a great place to go to celebrate his birthday. This upcoming trip is going to feature a lot of food and beer (especially since I’m trying to cut out hard liquor). Also, with it raining, we are not able to go … Continue reading Portland.
Jack Rose Libation House – Los Gatos T didn’t have work on a Saturday night so we decided to check out Jack Rose Libation House in Los Gatos. They were having their Oktoberfest celebration, so we both got the large steins, some sausages, and drank beer all night. Continue reading Jack Rose Libation House.
Decided to grab drinks after a successful Day 2 of the D23 Expo. We went to Trader Sam’s at the Disney Hotel. Got one of the Mai Tais, sis got the Kah-Blue-ee (or something along those lines), and we shared … Continue reading Trader Sam’s.
