Story Time.

Monday happened to be Veterans Day, and as previously mentioned in my previous post, Veterans Day is a free day at Yosemite, so the park was packed with people. I wanted to take some pretty pictures, but it was really hard to find a place that wasn’t swarming with people. T found a pretty field that wasn’t crowded, but I gave him a hard time about stopping there because dogs were not allowed (we had Pepper with us) and it was not part of our itinerary. Well, T got his way and we got out of our car to explore.

Yosemite

How is that in the 32 years of existence I have never been to Yosemite? But then again, I haven’t really been a nature person until I started dating T. Anyways, Yosemite is only 3 hours away from the East Bay, soooo why not explore !? The first day we went to Yosemite was on Veterans Day, which happens to be a Free Day at Yosemite, which means we save $35, but there’s a ton of people EVERYWHERE so beware!

AutoCamp Yosemite

We promised each other no gifts for our anniversary, but instead we will go on an adventure. Make memories. Plus, living with each other and seeing each other pretty much everyday, we tend to just buy everything we need. Plus, with T’s birthday the month before and Christmas the month after, it tends to get expensive haha This year, we opted for Yosemite because I’ve never been and they recently opened an AutoCamp location and we enjoyed Russian River so much that we decided to give this location a go!
